Terms of use and sale

1. The service

CreationFlex generates images with artificial intelligence from photos provided by the user: the setting, the place or some elements of the photo are transformed, the person stays the same. The service is for adults only.

2. Photos provided and consent

• You may only upload your own photo, or the photo of an adult who has given you explicit consent.
• Photos of minors are forbidden.
• Using the images to deceive, harass, impersonate, defraud or harm someone's reputation is forbidden. Any breach leads to the account being closed without refund.

3. Generated images

Images are labelled as AI-generated (invisible watermark and metadata). You have a personal and commercial right to use the images generated with an active subscription, subject to article 2.

4. Free offer, credits and subscriptions

When you sign up, your first image is free: your request is saved and the image is generated in high definition as soon as you subscribe. Each image uses 50 credits. Prices are shown in euros on the French and German site and in US dollars on the English and Russian site. Available plans:

• Studio: $9.90 (€8.90) per month or $99 (€89) per year, 2,000 credits per month (granted at once for the yearly plan).
• Villa: $22.90 (€19.90) per month or $229 (€199) per year, 7,500 credits per month (granted at once for the yearly plan).
• Palace: $44.90 (€39.90) per month or $449 (€399) per year, 25,000 credits per month (granted at once for the yearly plan).

Credit top-ups (one-time payment, subscribers only):

• 1,000 credits: $10 (€9).
• 3,000 credits: $27 (€24).
• 8,000 credits: $63 (€55).

Unused credits remain available while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Whop.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately when you have expressly requested immediate performance and waived this right, which you confirm by clicking the payment button, below which this waiver is stated. If no credit has been used, you can ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days at contact@creationflex.fr.

6. Failed generations

A failed generation uses no credits: they are automatically credited back.

7. Liability, language and governing law

The service is provided as is. French law applies. These terms are written in French; only the French version is legally binding. In case of dispute, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator name and contact details].
